Embossing Plates
We produce hot embossing plates, capable of pressing different materials (leather, imitation leather, fabrics, etc.) in the sizes requested by the customer: from the small test stereotype to large dimension plates. Our catalogue contains more than 5000 different designs, we also make customised designs on the customer's request. Our workshop is equipped for every possible pressing test stereotype. The plates to press are made in 4 different types, according to the design to be made:
- PLATES IN SPECIAL ALUMINIUM ALLOYS:
This extremely resistant material is suited for engraved designs like python, crocodile, geometric, woven and perforated. - CHROME PLATED BIMETALLIC STEEL AND COPPER PLATES:
With this procedure we can obtain designs similar to the true animal like reptiles or imitations of natural grains like tumbled-look, wrinkled, goat leather, buffalo leather etc. - ONE-PIECE CHROME-PLATED STEEL PLATES:
With this process we can obtain mirror polished, sandblasted, or micrograin and imitation fine grain leather plates. - “LIGHT” PLATES:
Made from a special super lightweight material which is very resistant to pressure and temperature. It is especially suitable for the production of plates in an extremely rapid timeframe. With this system, we can create original designs or customise already existing ones. - TWIN” PLATES:
With this system patented by us, we can obtain a pressing result more similar to the true one, thanks to an undercut.
